Description

We are looking to add a few individuals to our team. The person will have a general knowledge of all the trades. These individuals know how to effectively start and complete daily, weekly, and monthly projects.

Areas of expertise that would be beneficial include but are not limited to are:

Prior experience in construction or a related field
Carpentry / Finish Work (deck, trellis, framing)
Basic Electrical
Basic Plumbing
Organizational Skills
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn on the job
Problem Solving
Flexible / Good Attitude
High school diploma or equivalent is a plus

Our projects consist of everything from general handyman services to remodeling to new site development and builds. Our company does general handyman services and remodels for homeowners, property managers, and businesses.

In addition to the handyman side of our business, we build and install modern, custom built, pre-fabricated modular homes. Through that process we land, secure, waterproof, and finish out these homes.

Scope of work includes but is not limited to:

Painting
Flooring
Trim work
Light electrical
Light plumbing
Installation of appliances

We are looking for an individual with the aptitude and get-it-done attitude to join our team.

We offer a competitive salary, full-time position, and we are located in the SF Bay area. Periodically we may require overnight travel. Reliable transportation is a MUST. You need to have basic tools.

Pay:
$ $35.00 per hour
