    Description
    Job Title Quality Control Job Type Temp to Hire Location Brooklyn Park Shift/Hours
    2nd Shift Monday thru Thursday 4:00pm to 2:30am (4-day week) Experience Level 5+ years in metals manufacturing Education High School Diploma + college degree or equivalent

    Description 1. Support and Conduct quality experiments using statistical methods

    • Program/Operate Keyence Imaging system
    • Perform PPAP submissions
    • Perform First articles, Incoming, In-process and Final inspections...
    • Facilitate Corrective / Preventative Actions for suppliers and customers (Internal & External)
    • Write up formal reports per customer specified formats or web pages. (FAIR)
    • Update quality specific work instructions and quality documentation as needed , including Quality Alerts, Control Plans, and Process FMEAs.
    Requirements 1. Previous manufacturing experience

    • Ability to read and interpret a variety of blueprints, including GD&T.
    • Knowledge of proper use of various inspection equipment and inspection methods.
    • Knowledge of Calibration Methods and Sampling Methods
    • Knowledge of Gage Capability Studies.
    • Ability to make decisions regarding conformance to specifications.
    • Must have strong Computer Skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    Physical Requirements 1.Ability to sit or stand a minimum of 8 hours per day.

    • Ability to lift 35 pounds.
