Happyglam is a new, innovative, and exciting cosmetics company based in Williamsport, OH, specializing in e-commerce.

We are creating an international brand through social media, focusing on our vegan, natural, and environmentally friendly products for nails, lips, and face.

We are well-funded and have experienced serial entrepreneurs in the e-commerce fashion, health, and beauty industries on board.


Responsibilities:


As a part-time customer support representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and their inquiries.

With a delicate touch, you will solve various problems that customers may encounter.

Through your friendly and prompt responses via email or in the comment section, you will turn disappointed customers into brand lovers and ambassadors.

Additionally, you will be involved in proactively improving the customer journey throughout the entire online shopping experience.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service
  • Highly communicative, with a passion for problemsolving and helping others
  • Able to remain professional and friendly in difficult situations
  • Fluent in German and Italian
  • Knowledge of other languages (such as English) is a plus
  • Based in Williamsport, OH
