    Description

    We are looking for a Transportation Project Engineer in Columbus, Ohio. This is a 6-month contract to direct opportunity.

    Required:
  • Lead transportation design calculations/reports/plan preparation/roadway modeling
  • Assist office leadership in the preparation of proposal documents and preliminary project evaluations.
  • Develop peer network with staff at other firms and public agencies to enhance personal and firm relationships during project coordination efforts.
  • Coordinate project tasks and report to project manager and supervisory staff to assist in budget, schedule, and project status tracking.
    • Preferred:.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related Engineering degree from an ABET accredited program.
  • Registered Professional Engineer in Indiana OR EIT
  • 7-12 years' experience is designing transportation projects.
  • Background working on INDOT, county, and municipal transportation design projects.
  • Project management experience and experience leading project teams (preferred)
  • MicroStation / Bentley Open Roads Designer (required)
