- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing Ground Up Commercial projects, focusing on K-12 educational facilities.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high standards.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify risks, and take corrective actions.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers for seamless project execution.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
- Manage project budgets, expenses, and financial reporting.
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Ground Up projects, preferably with exposure to K-12 educational facilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
- Must be based in Houston, Texas.
