What can you expect?
- You will ensure a smooth process for customer orders/complaints, from commercial review to entry into our ERP system, to invoicing our customers
- You will coordinate order-related information exchange and monitor compliance with delivery dates between our customers and suppliers
- You will monitor needs in our ERP system and place supplier inquiries/orders, taking into account current inventory levels
- You will identify necessary actions in case of potential delivery delays/shortages, ensuring optimized availability of our products for customers
- You will support other departments by providing information for internal processing (e.g. customs documents, reminders)
What do you need to bring?
- You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship and have practical experience in order processing
- You impress our partners with your excellent communication skills in German and English
- You strengthen our operations team with your self-organization and commitment
