Description

We are currently looking for a full-time assistant (m/f/d) to join our team at our day care centers in Raiffeisenstraße, Flensburg and Harkmoor, Munkbrarup.

This position can also be split between two part-time employees. It is initially limited to the duration of the 1:1 support approval.

Your responsibilities

You will work in a team and in consultation with the group leaders to provide pedagogical and nursing support to a person with high support needs in their daily life at the day care center. You will organize the daily routine and support according to the participant's needs and preferences, and document these services. This role offers a diverse range of tasks and requires a sense of humor and creative problem-solving skills for organizational and interpersonal challenges.

Your profile

You have a degree in social pedagogy, nursing assistance, elderly care assistance, or are a caregiver/companion. With your empathetic and respectful approach, you are open and objective in your interactions with others. You enjoy working with people, have no reservations about physical contact, and are interested in working in a multi-professional team.

What we offer
