Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Global Markets, the Foreign Exchange Product Manager will oversee the essential infrastructure and risk management of the Bank's Global Markets Foreign Exchange division in collaboration with other Bank stakeholders.

The role of the Foreign Exchange Product Manager involves supporting the strategic planning process, leading the coordination of strategic initiatives alongside senior Bank leadership in areas such as Treasury, Credit, Risk, Planning, Corporate Banking, and Compliance.

In addition to acting as a key point of contact for Global Markets and partners, the Foreign Exchange Product Manager will keep the Bank's Management informed of emerging developments, opportunities, and challenges.

With a strong focus on enhancing the client experience and effectively managing various risks, the Foreign Exchange Product Manager plays a vital role in advancing the Global Markets platform and addressing the infrastructure requirements of the business.

The responsibilities include collaborating with Global Markets Business Leaders and peers to implement crucial infrastructure enhancements, fostering existing relationships with Global Markets and Bank clients, and supporting new product initiatives to drive revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:
Infrastructure Support, Product Implementation, and Project Management & Oversight
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and develop streamlined processes to enhance deal flow
  • Collaborate with various teams to improve risk and credit monitoring mechanisms
  • Refine processes related to collateral and credit limit management, regulatory compliance, and financial analysis
  • Support projects such as Dodd Frank analysis and system implementations
New Product Development & Sales
  • Lead the development of new products in collaboration with partners
  • Set strategic priorities and ensure timely and efficient product development
  • Establish goals, strategies, and budgets for new product initiatives
  • Organize meetings to drive product innovation and meet client requirements
General Sales and Marketing Support of Existing Businesses
  • Provide general management support for existing business operations
  • Enhance coordination among Global Markets stakeholders
Staffing, Operations, Strategy & Miscellaneous
  • Identify staffing opportunities and operational challenges
  • Address operational and trading issues as they arise
  • Collaborate on strategic planning initiatives and monitor progress

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities - Requirements:
  • Experience in marketing Foreign Exchange products, preferably using Calypso or Wall Street
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Highly motivated individual with strong organizational skills and a positive attitude
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Global Markets with a bachelor's degree
  • Proven track record in business development within the banking sector
  • Proficiency in organizational management and team leadership
  • Ability to drive product and strategic initiatives effectively
  • Experience in fiscal management, budgeting, and strategic planning
  • Strong decision-making and prioritization skills

Education, Licensure, Experience:
This position requires a Bachelor's degree and a solid background in Global Markets business development.
