What can you expect?

• You will take on the construction management in a general contractor project, including the preparation of supplementary cost calculations
• You will provide technical support for procurement of services
• You will lead and guide your team members
• You will conduct subcontractor procurement
• You will provide reliable and sustainable support for our clients and contractors
• You will ensure the quality, schedule, and cost-effective execution of all work on the construction site

What should you bring?

• You have at least 5 years of experience in construction management in the building construction sector, preferably in project management
• You have a degree in civil engineering or architecture
• You have strong communication skills and can negotiate respectfully with colleagues, team members, and subcontractors
• You are fluent in German (C1+) in both written and spoken form (Applicants must be fluent in German language)
• You are customer-oriented, responsible, and have an entrepreneurial mindset
• You are confident, deadline-oriented, assertive, and have a high level of initiative
