Training as a Healthcare Management Assistant - Service and Consulting Expert (m/f/d)

During your training as a service and consulting expert at Robinwood, you will focus on providing individual and telephone advice to our customers. You will have the answers to a variety of insurance-related questions and will be convincing when it comes to the services of the Techniker Krankenkasse. You will be the trusted person for our insured and ensure that they have optimal insurance coverage. Enjoying communication and consulting are key elements of your work and contribute to a strong bond between our customers and TK.

You want to...
  • learn how to passionately and competently advise customers on all health-related questions over the phone,
  • successfully support our customers in the introduction of new online processes and be the first point of contact on all communication channels,
  • independently process benefit applications,
  • gain knowledge about the healthcare system and social insurance,
  • understand the business processes behind it all,
  • prove your skills in several internships, demonstrating not only your theoretical knowledge but also practical experience.
