- Inspire, lead, and drive a Sales team to meet or exceed sales and bookings goals, and other expectations established by executive leadership.
- Be accountable for business growth, achieving overall metrics (revenue, retention, budget, customer and employee satisfaction etc.), and accurate business forecasting.
- Attract and develop a diverse group of top talent who bring a unique perspective to SS&C Intralinks, through best in class recruiting, onboarding, and training methodologies in tandem with our recruitment, learning and development teams.
- Be an effective cross-functional partner to key business stakeholders such as the heads of People Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing, Customer Success, Legal, among others.
- Have a strong track record of overachieving sales targets in a high volume, high growth business focused on mid-market companies across North America. Multi-product sales experience is a plus.
- Are experienced in directly leading and developing diverse and high-performing teams.
- Have proven leadership, team management, and coaching skills including a mix of first/second line management experience and a consistent track record of hiring, developing, motivating and mentoring successful teams.
- Have clear examples of leveraging multiple data sources to inform key decision making.
- Have experience creating a high-energy, inclusive team culture that fosters trust and a sense of empowerment.
- Have deep understanding of customer values, needs, and goals to design processes solving for customers first.
- Are naturally curious. If something seems off, you want to figure out what is going on and fix it.
- Previous experience working in Fintech, software, IT and/or SaaS industries preferred.

Director, Digital Sales
Location: Waltham, MA | Hybrid

SS&C Intralinks's mission is to innovate and enhance the value, speed, and confidentiality of secure dealmaking. In support of that mission, SS&C Intralinks is seeking an inspiring, inclusive, and customer-centric Director of Digital Sales for North America. In this critical role, you will be responsible for helping to develop our digital sales strategy as well as building, leading, and developing our sales teams across North America, focused on target accounts.
You will refine and improve current go-to-market sales strategies by leveraging metrics and analyzing trends in the business and partnering with key team members across SS&C Intralinks's go-to-market organization. You will inspire your team to do their best work, and coach your, Managers and sales reps to develop their careers and execute with excellence. You will be masterful in client engagements, impacting how our customers do business in an ever-changing environment- as well as being a cultural and behavioral role model for all our employees.
