Your tasks:


  • As part of your role, you will be responsible for actively supporting the management, providing guidance and training for employees, and ensuring quality standards.
  • According to our internal process description, you will take on tasks as a welding specialist (SFM) (m/f/d).
  • You will continuously analyze and optimize existing processes, including implementing new developments through your presence in the workshop to ensure profitability.
  • You will work closely with departments such as research and development, work preparation, tool construction, and quality management during product launches.
  • Additionally, you will be involved in controlling and providing work equipment, work papers, and order feedback.
  • You will also make your experience available and, if necessary, use your manual skills as a welder (m/f/d) to support/train your employees.
