- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software to support cultural initiatives and communication efforts.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in resolving complex employee relations issues, with a focus on cultural alignment.
- Working knowledge of various HR disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and employment laws.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, with a focus on human resources or related field.
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential preferred, or ability to obtain certification within one year of employment.
- Prolonged periods of desk work involving computer use to support cultural initiatives and communication efforts.
- Occasional lifting of up to 15 pounds may be required to fulfill job duties.

Aspire Living & Learning is currently looking for an HR Partner for our Bel-Air, Maryland location. As the HR Partner, you hold the critical responsibility of cultivating a vibrant organizational culture that aligns with our mission and values. You serve as a bridge between organizational objectives and the needs of Aspire's dedicated employees and management within designated program areas. With a focus on fostering partnerships and nurturing a positive work environment, you play a pivotal role in shaping the culture of our organization. Reporting to the Director, People Team, you are instrumental in driving cultural initiatives that support our collective success. This position will be hybrid with expectations to be in office ~3x/week.
