We are a family business that treats staff with courtesy, respect, and empowerment.The primary role of the Business Development Executive, using a consultative sales method, is to prospect and sell business services to qualified prospects and focus on retaining and growing a client base.
Pay:

Meet annual sales goals and activity standards.
Actively contact prospects, schedule appointments, make sales presentations, and close on new business accountsMaintain a prospect list in the agency CRM systemProspecting targets will consist of businesses in certain specialties with proposal sizes ranging between $25,000 to $250,000Complete new business documentation for account managers to submit to appropriate marketsWork with account managers in marketing insuranceAttend sales seminars, company sales meetings, or educational activities needed to improve sales techniques and stay up-to-date on the latest developments in the marketplaceParticipate in/direct any special projects at management's requestQUALIFICATIONS2 years of demonstrated, measurable business to business sales success preferredPrior experience prospecting, qualifying, persuading, and closing the (B2B or B2C) sale of a product or service Excellent verbal and written communication skillsUnderstanding of prospecting software tools Familiarity with risk assessment and risk management toolsStrong desire to succeed and winBachelor's Degree or higher level degree is preferredWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
