About our facility

The former manor is located in the small, idyllic district of Seelingstädt in the city of Trebsen. Our nursing home with a family atmosphere is situated in a quiet, rural location just 2 km from the town of Grimma. The house consists of both historic buildings and a newer addition. The historic wings have a centuries-old history on the site of a former water castle. After extensive reconstruction measures in 2004, 29 elderly people now find their new home in 21 single rooms and 4 double rooms.
