We have a client in Dahlonega GA that has an immediate need for an Electrical Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for Providing technological advances and project management to improve Roller Bearing manufacturing as it relates to electrical controls, production management, machine networking and equipment reliability.

Required:

Proven experience with writing PLC programs and troubleshooting PLCs.
Ability to create electrical schematics and facility layouts in AutoCAD.
Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.
Strong organizational and project management skills, able to work well under pressure and manage several tasks simultaneously.
Self-directed to complete essential job duties and projects on schedule.
Experience working in teams and communicating effectively through writing, presentation, graphs and proposal reports.
Must enjoy challenges and meet planned deadlines. Have an interest to grow in expertise of IoT.
Basic knowledge of applicable quality, health, safety, and environmental standards and management systems.

Preferred:

Experience with Siemens and Allen Bradley PLC's
BSEE or Mechatronics Degree

Job details :

Write, modify and troubleshoot and program PLCs and HMIs for manufacturing and facility equipment.

Collaborate with intercompany and external resources to repair or upgrade equipment as it relates to electrical controls, machine networking, and component obsolescence.

Collaborate with local and intercompany information technology and process improvement groups to improve production reporting, product traceability and quality records.

Provide project management for equipment installations, facility rearrangement, energy savings projects and safety improvements.
Provide periodic support as lead or team member for service contracts like air compressor maintenance, HVAC maintenance and mobile equipment

This is a direct hire permanent position with a pay range of $60,000-$80,000 a year based on experience.
Job Requirements

I am a native Atlantan, growing up in Marietta GA.
I Graduated from Georgia Southern in 2006 with a degree in sport management.

Shortly after graduating I started my career selling gym memberships and then transitioned into the staffing industry where I have been for 13 years now.

I enjoy building relationships with clients and taking a consultative approach and sharing in my client's success. Outside of the office I'm a big SEC football fan and die hard Georgia Bulldogs fan. I also enjoy watching the Atlanta Braves, grilling out and spending time with my family and friends.
