Responsibilities:

  • You will support our customers throughout their service visit
  • You will create customized offers, schedule appointments, accept orders, and return vehicles to customers
  • You will work closely with our workshop team and service assistants to coordinate processes

Qualifications:

  • Completed vocational training as an automotive mechatronics technician
  • Preferably several years of experience as a service advisor
  • Preferably a master's degree in automotive engineering or working towards it
  • Negotiation and organizational skills
  • Confident and courteous demeanor
  • Resilience, flexibility, and team orientation
