    We are on the lookout for top-tier talent like you to be a part of our team.

    About the Role:

    The shift timings are either from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm or 6:00 pm to 6:00 am, working 12-hour shifts.

    The remuneration ranges from $16.00 to $19.00 per hour, depending on experience.

    The Nurse's Aide will support the licensed nursing staff by carrying out regular nursing tasks and daily activities.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Assisting residents with various activities like dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, and exercising.
    • Executing treatments, tests, procedures, and sample collections as directed.
    • Recording observations, treatment results, and test outcomes.
    • Providing necessary assistance, transfers, and transport for residents.
    • Responding promptly to signal lights.
    • Maintaining cleanliness in rooms by changing bed linens and making beds.

    Additional Responsibilities:

    • Ensuring workstations and equipment are safe and clean.
    • Supporting independence, participation in activities, and rehabilitation programs.
    • Participating in training sessions and educational programs.
    • Completing assigned work duties under supervision.

    Requirements:

    • Completion of a State-approved geriatric nursing assistant training program is essential.
    • Prior experience as a geriatric nursing aide is preferred with registration in the State registry.
    • Proficiency in understanding and following instructions, effective communication, documentation, and basic arithmetic skills are required.
