Pay:
$16-18/hr
Responsibilities
- Cleaning hallways
- Report major damages and oversee repairs
- Maintaining grounds of the properties
- Assist with cleaning units
- Must be able to lift over 50 lbs
Skills
- Proven experience as cleaner, custodian, janitor, or in a similar role
- Knowledge of use and maintenance of industrial cleaning equipment and appliances
- Knowledge of safe disposal of chemical liquids and other hazardous components
- Attention to detail and conscientiousness
