**Primary Purpose of the Position:**
Performs tasks and provides services to support the plant's production goals, overall business plans and objectives as directed
**What will your average week look like?**
+ Performs chemical checks and maintains proper pH and alkalinity levels of manufacturing processes.
+ Monitors and adjusts wastewater systems and sludge removal for EPA compliance.
+ Performs troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on equipment.
+ Follow job safety practices, policies, and procedures for safe performance of assignments.
+ Must utilize appropriate PPE including safety glasses, safety footwear, hearing protection and follow all safety practices
+ Work a 12 hour rotating shift, which is 4 on / 4 off. Shifts will rotate from days to nights every 4 weeks.
**What are we looking for?**
+ High school Diploma or equivalent required
+ Minimum of 1 year experience in a mechanical job related filed
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Working knowledge Machine mechanics & Troubleshooting skills
+ Basic knowledge of environmental regulations.
+ Basic knowledge of chemicals, oils, water treatment process techniques, and/or chemical related manufacturing operations.
+ Water Treatment License
**Compensation & Benefits**
**- Hiring Salary Range:** $30.75
[This role will be eligible to participate in the annual incentive compensation plan.]
