Project management: Overall project management for complex renovation and maintenance projects in building construction while maintaining operations, covering all phases of the HOAI and taking responsibility for performance, time and cost
Planning, tendering and awarding: Gathering the requirements of all users, developing planning concepts or solutions based on the requirements profile, and tendering and awarding services
Site supervision: Acting as the overall construction manager, including all organizational and technical tasks, such as coordinating stakeholders and independently commissioning and handing over the project to the building manager
Project development: Acting as a technical sparring partner for the mentioned trade in strategic topics in committees, as well as advising and supporting internal clients in defining and specifying solution concepts, alternative proposals, cost estimates and requirements of various interest groups
Budget planning: Cost calculation of building projects in collaboration with other trades (e.g. HVAC, electrical, fire protection) as part of the economic planning, as well as creating and managing framework contracts

Successfully completed engineering degree in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable field of study
Several years of expertise in independently managing interdisciplinary maintenance and renovation projects with a focus on building construction, and thus in project management of planning and construction projects across all phases of the HOAI
