Responsibilities:

  • Processing and evaluation of inquiries in close cooperation with PIKO departments
  • Management of the telephone hotline (Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm)
  • Participation at PIKO trade shows (approximately 34 times per year)

Qualifications:

  • Completed vocational training
  • Experience in customer service, ideally in the model train industry
  • Knowledge of standard PC software (MS Office)
  • Technical understanding, preferably with experience in the model train sector
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
  • Willingness to participate in trade shows and travel as needed
  • Valid driver's license (Class B)
