Nuovo Elite Work Solutions LLC is currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Coordinator to join the finance team of our esteemed client, Music Express Limousine Service.
Based in Burbank, CA, this role will be responsible for overseeing the accounts payable process and ensuring the accurate and timely processing of vendor payments.
Responsibilities:

Invoice Processing: Efficiently process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information, and verifying coding and approvals.

Payment Processing: Prepare and process weekly check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers, adhering to payment terms and company policies.

Vendor Relations: Maintain positive relationships with vendors, address inquiries and discrepancies promptly, and facilitate resolution of payment-related issues.

Reconciliation: Reconcile vendor statements, investigate and resolve discrepancies, and ensure accurate recording of transactions.

Documentation Management: Maintain organized and up-to-date vendor files, including contracts, W-9 forms, and other relevant documentation.

Financial Reporting: Assist in month-end closing activities, including accruals, account reconciliations, and preparation of accounts payable reports.

Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal departments, including procurement and accounting, to ensure alignment on payment schedules, budgetary constraints, and financial objectives.
Qualifications:
- Associates degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in accounts payable or relevant financial role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
Pay:
$ $24.00 per hour
