Title:
Point-of-Sale Technician


Location:
Austin TX (or surrounding areas).


Position Requirements:

As a POS Technician, you will be assigned a group of restaurants to service within a defined geographic area. 3b2 Solutions will provide you the necessary parts and training to service these restaurants.

Successful technicians will arrive on-site within the service level requirements, analyze the problem, and then resolve the issue in a positive and professional manner.

Applicants shall possess:

• Standard computer troubleshooting skills
• Good customer relationship and communication skills
• The desire to work as part of a bestinindustry service team
