    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a highly experienced Mechanical or Design Engineer to join our team. This role involves the design and manufacturing of mechanical components and the outer shell, hardware and components for the All-Domain Replication System and BEECN prototype Emitters. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing casings for Electronic Warfare (EW) Systems and other engineering components, including software-defined radios, computer components, radar hardware, and cooling systems.

    Responsibilities:

    • Design and develop mechanical components and outer casings for the All-Domain Replication System Emitter and BEECN Emitters.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of mechanical designs with software-defined radios, computer components, and cooling systems.
    • Conduct feasibility studies, simulations, and analyses to ensure designs meet technical specifications and standards.
    • Create detailed 3D models, engineering drawings, and documentation for manufacturing processes.
    • Oversee the manufacturing process to ensure the highest quality and adherence to design specifications.
    • Perform testing and validation of designs to ensure performance, reliability, and durability.
    • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for mechanical design issues.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree or 10 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Design or related S.T.E.M. field.
    • Proven experience in designing casings or hardware components for EW Systems and other complex engineering components.
    • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) or similar program.
    • Strong knowledge of materials science and manufacturing processes.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical information clearly.
    • Due to sensitive nature of the position, must be a U.S. Citizen
    • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office 365 applications: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
