As the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing our sales strategies to drive revenue growth, occupancy and brand recognition.

You will work in tandem with our on-staff marketing professional and community sales teams, driving innovation and excellence in all aspects of our sales and marketing efforts.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue goals and occupancy targets across our portfolio of senior living communities.
  • Mentor highperforming sales teams, providing guidance, support and professional development opportunities.
  • Alongside the Vice President of Corporate Communications, drive the development of targeted marketing campaigns, digital initiatives, and community outreach programs to raise awareness and attract prospective residents and their families.
  • Collaborate with operational leaders to ensure alignment between sales efforts and the delivery of exceptional resident care and services.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation in the senior living market.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, industry partners, and local community organizations to drive lead generation and community engagement.
  • Frequent travel, at least monthly, to be onsite in communities located in Denver and Salt Lake City working handson with the sales teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, marketing or related field preferred.
  • Prefer a minimum of ten (10) years of regional or divisional multisite experience in senior living sales, with a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue generation and occupancy growth in a senior living or related healthcare environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate and develop a diverse team of sales professionals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and people skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with a datadriven approach to decisionmaking and a commitment to continuous improvement and meeting budgeted targets.
  • Passion for serving seniors and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on their lives and wellbeing.
  • Preference will be given to sales professionals that reside in the Salt Lake City or Denver area.
