Job Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Greet customers and provide assistance with their purchases
  • Process sales transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems
  • Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
  • Handle cash, credit, and check transactions with precision
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products or services
  • Promote special offers or discounts to drive sales
  • Assist in restocking merchandise on the sales floor

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, technical sales, or technology sales is preferred
  • Proficiency in cash handling procedures
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Familiarity with POS systems for efficient transaction processing
  • Basic math skills for calculating totals and providing change
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus for effective communication with bilingual customers
  • Knowledge of wireless sales is advantageous
  • Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries professionally
