We're seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to cover the vibrant Alexandria area.


Compensation:


  • Base Salary: $50,000 $60,000
  • Uncapped Commissions: Your hard work directly translates into unlimited earning potential

What You'll Do

  • Acquire and maintain a network of sources to identify new sales leads.
  • Cover a 100 to 200 mile territory around Alexandria, efficiently managing your time and resources to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Communicate with customers and leads to identify and understand their needs.
  • Align value propositions with customer pain points to sell product/service.
  • Demonstrate the functions and uses of the products or services to customers.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through open discussion.
  • Respond to and fix issues that arise throughout the sales cycle.
  • Stay in constant contact with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest.
  • Maintain daily reports of sales activities, including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any other issues. Provide periodic territory sales forecasts as requested.

What You'll Bring

  • 2+ years of Outside Sales experience
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Ability to develop business relationships with clients and decisionmakers
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
  • Negotiating and closing skills
  • Valid Driver's License and car
  • Ability to travel on route 100%
  • Bilingual is a plus

Schedule
8-hour shift (9:00am - 5:30pm)

Monday to Friday

This is a 100% field route based direct sales position offering base salary and commission._

  • Alexandria, VA: Relocate before starting work (required)

Willingness to travel:
