The Position


As a team leader for flat assembly production, you (m/f/d) will be responsible for the planning, project management, and commissioning of machines and equipment for SMT assembly lines and subsequent in-circuit tests.

In this context, you will be supported by 12 employees, whom you will also lead disciplinarily. In addition, you will be involved in the introduction of new products and change management. For this, you will work closely with the quality department, developers, and specialists for IT production control (MES). The main focus is on optimizing the production process and avoiding errors. Depending on your personal skills and motivation, you could also be involved as a project manager in cross-site projects. An exciting task with great development potential.

Your Profile

After completing your technical studies or a comparable education (e.g.

as a master craftsman or technician), you (m/f/d) have decided on a career in electronics manufacturing and have acquired in-depth knowledge of board assembly.
