Your tasks

  • Planning, organizing and possibly conducting nursing visits, staff and team meetings, as well as resident and family discussions
  • Personnel management and leadership of the nursing and social care departments in close coordination with the PDL
  • Ensuring nursing quality and documentation according to MDK-QPR
  • Individual basic and treatment care according to the wishes
