To strengthen our producer team, we are looking for a producer at our location in Radolfzell am Bodensee starting in October 2023.


Your responsibilities:

  • Independent management, planning, and execution of a highquality series format
  • Creative development, conceptualization, and planning of show content
  • Overall responsibility for the content and process control, as well as quality assurance and economic success
  • Communication and coordination with the responsible editorial team
  • Supervision and briefing of writers
  • Monitoring of filming and postproduction

Your profile:

  • Production experience in the field of series, as well as indepth knowledge of process control and implementation, as well as filming and editing experience
  • Ability to manage complex projects and ensure they stay within budget and on schedule
  • Enthusiasm and communication skills, efficient, structured, independent work style, as well as resilience and decisiveness
  • Good sense for dramatic and emotionally engaging stories
