Description
Responsibilities
- Receive parcel shipments and sign paperwork upon receipt
- Unload packages from incoming trucks via forklift
- Inspect contents to ensure they are undamaged
- Verify packages according to order and invoices (quantity, quality, price etc.)
- Label deliveries and allocate them to their designated place
- Maintain accurate records of the location of orders in warehouse.
- Ensure that all job materials for installers are stocked
- Compile lists for Parts Manager on materials that are low in stock
- Drive to do company pickups and drop offs
- Ensure company vehicles are fueled and cleaned.
Requirements and skills
- Valid drivers license.
- Proven experience as receiving clerk or similar position
- Experience in operating forklifts
- Working knowledge of computer programs for entering data
- Basic math and recording abilities
- Excellent organizational skills
- Keen eye for detail
- Good physical condition
- High school diploma
Pay:
From $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
