That's why we are looking for reliable, competent, and caring individuals to join our team as caregivers (m/f/d) on a part-time or on-call basis.


NOTE:
No prior nursing education is required.

We will provide you with the necessary skills and knowledge through our internal training and on-site orientation with our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Caregiving: Creating a daily routine, training for long and shortterm memory, providing support for family caregivers
  • Household tasks: Assisting with regular cleaning, meal preparation, grocery shopping, and laundry
  • Personal care: Assisting with showering/bathing, providing guidance and support for daily personal hygiene, skin care, dressing and undressing
  • Companionship: Supporting and accompanying clients in their daily activities, driving to appointments, shopping, leisure activities, walks, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Reliability, responsibility, and empathy
  • Passion for a meaningful job where you can support others and help them live a dignified life in their own home
  • Sense of duty and documentation of tasks performed
  • Strong communication and cooperation skills with clients and their personal environment
  • Keeping the nursing management informed about changes in the care situation
  • Willingness to participate in training and further education
  • Ideally, you have previous experience in caregiving or nursing, even if it was
