    Marketing UW Specialist , AZ, Comm'l Middle Market, Hybrid

    With their top A rating and stellar reputation, this 100+ year old company is in a strong growth mode as they increase their presence across the country and continue to be one of the best places to work in the insurance industry.

    Due to this growth and success, they have an immediate need for an experienced Marketing Underwriting Specialist for their AZ office.

    This AZ location offers a flexible hybrid assignment, with minimal office presence.

    The assigned territory for this role is AZ and this Marketing UW will be responsible for maintaining and growing the existing book of business from the companys exclusive list of elite agents in AZ..

    Qualified candidates must live in AZ.

    Those with already established agency relationships, in the Southwest, are preferred.

    Company writes Middle Market accounts of $50,000 and above, with top classes of business being Construction, Manufacturing, Comml Auto, WC and Allied Health.

    Qualified candidates must be technically savvy and be proficient in middle market commercial Marketing, Sales and Underwriting.

    Company is wanting those with a proven track record of profitable commercial insurance sales, as well as a minimum of 5 years of technical Underwriting experience, in the Middle Market arena.

    Candidates must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record with the ability to travel within the assigned region.

    Travel is approximately 20%.
