ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Internal Communications & Engagement department is responsible for company-wide communication with around 60,000 TUI employees.

Every day, we translate current and strategic topics into exciting articles, videos, or podcasts and ensure that our colleagues are well informed and engaged in living the TUI Way of Working.

In a small and integrated team, we constantly work on small and large, creative and strategic solutions to make internal communication modern and motivating.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Production of video formats (concept, planning, recording, editing)
Maintenance of the visual appearance in internal communication
Creation, preparation, and publication of content and formats on the intranet and internet
Organization and implementation of live formats (e.g. town halls, live chats)
Production and distribution of newsletters
Support for larger events, such as award ceremonies, leadership conferences, employee celebrations, press conferences
Communication activities during the annual general meeting
Maintenance of distribution lists
Support tasks in the communication team (planning availability, invoice processing, budgeting)
Annual planning of communication activities

ABOUT YOU:

Degree in communication sciences or a related field, alternatively commercial/dual training with first relevant work experience
Industry knowledge desirable
Enthusiastic beginners, ideally with first practical experience in media, communication, journalism, TV, digital
Proficient in MS Office
Knowledge of editing and graphic programs (Adobe Premiere, Photoshop)
