PV&V Planning/Reliability Engineer

Horicon, WI - Full Time

Productive Resources ) is seeking a candidate to be part of our engineering team at John Deere's facility in Horicon, Wisconsin. As a member of our team, the selected candidate will perform basic product design, testing and/or analysis work for a defined portion of a project. Operate in a team environment, provide input to design solutions, and participate in design reviews. Develop recommendations within established guidelines; work and decisions are reviewed by supervisors before implementation.

This is a full-time position that is indefinite in duration with the opportunity of professional growth, and additional opportunities within our organization.

Duties:

Plan and coordinate testing and analysis work for design projects varying in complexity from component only to complete development programs of broad scope.
Operate in a team environment within PV&V (Product Verification and Validation) and the design community.
Develop and execute test or analysis plans for product verification and validation.
Help establish short- and long-term objectives, goals, and priorities for the test lab.

Requirements:

4-year engineering degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
Strong mechanical and/or electrical aptitude.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and organizational skills to write clearly and concisely to document test procedures.
Ability to lead and execute vehicle tests.
Ability to analyze complex data, draw conclusions and make recommendations.
Ability to communicate within a cross functional team across multiple sites and drive results.
MS Office experience.
Willingness and ability to travel domestically to support field tests, etc.
Hands on skills and aptitude with mechanical, hydraulic and/or electrical systems.
