Job Duties:

What You'll Do:

Including but not limited to the operation of frontend loaders, Skid loaders, horizontal grinders and biochar manufacturing equipment (training provided)
Perform basic daily maintenance on equipment (training provided)
Perform basic repairs as applicable on equipment (training provided)
Daily record keeping and data collection.
Maintain clean facility.
Assist with coordination and logistics of inbound and outbound materials.
Transportation with Class A semi of biomass and finished products.
Provide unmatched customer service.

Qualifications:

What We're Looking For:

Strong attention to detail
Self motivated
Basic computer skills is preferred
Industry experience in heavy equipment and semi driving operations desired but not required.
Obtain a Class A Drivers license with no restrictions within 1 year of employment (training provided)
Mechanical and electrical experience is preferred.
Ability to work in all inclement types of weather.
Able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
Able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week and weekends if needed.
Able to work on call.
