- Oversee assigned non-facility-related projects and ensure adherence to EPMO guidelines, policies, and procedures within project scope, budget and agreed-upon timelines
- Create and manage project documents that adhere to standard templates such as work plans, charters, milestones, and dashboards
- Coordinate project activities between the EPMO and multiple project teams and establish effective communications plans between groups
- Liaise with the Director and VP to convene required committees and work groups
- Define and track project milestones with the aid of risk mitigation plans
- Analyze, verify and store project-related data in appropriate SharePoint folders
- Prepare dashboards and status reports for leadership regarding project status
- Act as an EPMO guidelines expert, educating personnel in other functional areas as necessary
- Support the monitoring of EPMO email and maintenance of the SharePoint site
- Submit EPMO performance reports and other ad-hoc reports as requested
- Assist VP EPMO with additional ad hoc projects as needed
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or related field with 5 years of experience or Master's degree with 2 years of experience
- Project or program management experience of at least 2 years required
- Healthcare project experience preferred
- Knowledge of the latest trends in project management and tools
- Ability to learn and adapt to new procedures, processes, technology, and applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- PMP Certification within 1 year of hire required
