With over 14 years of experience as a Director at Synergy Consulting & Sustainability, I am a strategy and project management specialist with a passion for social outreach, fundraising and organizational change. I have a BS in Business Management,  a PMP certification and a diplomat in Social Private Investment in Grass Root Development, which reflect my expertise and commitment to delivering high-quality results for the private sector and non-profits in the US and Latin America.

As a Director and Manager I have lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative Funraising solutions and strategies that create shared value for our clients and stakeholders. Some of my recent achievements include linking associations with new markets, improving sales and logistics procedures, establishing fundraising campaigns and facilitating strategic planning for various sectors. I am also fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, and proficient in Italian and French, which enable me to communicate effectively with diverse audiences and cultures.
