- 3 years' experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills, a strong sense of ownership and accountability, and the ability to lead projects and drive clarity and progress amidst ambiguity and shifting priorities, communicate effectively, and be a self-starter.

What You'll Do:
As a Senior Program Manager on the Marketing Operations team, you relentlessly focus on driving operational excellence for a set of strategic objectives and key results across multiple marketing priorities. You'll identify and help solve complex problems across varying and multiple workstreams with inter-connected parts. You'll drive excellence with the Project Managers and focus daily on progress towards a simpler, more streamlined way of working together as One Team and the future-state of the Walmart Marketing team.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities.
