PDI Health (Preventative Diagnostics) is a rapidly expanding company specializing in offering mobile x-ray and ultrasound services directly to nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and the homes of patients, aiming to alleviate their current constraints on mobility.

We operate across the USA, presently serving in NY, NJ, DE, CT, RI, PA, MD, VA, DC, MN, FL with more locations in the pipeline.


Location:
Laurel, MD


Schedule:
Monday - Friday; 7am-3:30pm, with on-call rotation during weekends and holidays


Responsibilities:


  • Provide dedicated customer care and assistance to our long-term care facilities and homebound patients
  • Handle work orders, messages, and communications to and from field technicians
  • Support and oversee personnel and locations continuously
  • Arrange services and manage schedules effectively
  • Collaborate closely with Operational and Sales Support teams to ensure top-notch client satisfaction

Requirements:


  • Proficient in data entry, communication, and phone handling
  • Intermediate to advanced understanding of medical terminology
  • Previous experience in a Call Center environment
  • Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Capable of multitasking and performing under pressure
  • Demonstrates honesty, flexibility, teamwork, and strong work ethic
  • Effective problem-solving skills
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills are a bonus
