    Job Description

    Koala Insulation of NW Jacksonville is looking for a motivated individual who is eager to develop and apply their skills in the insulation and construction industries .This role is responsible for installing blown-in and batt insulation, and may be asked to help/learn on spray foam jobs.

    Duties/Responsibilities

    • Safety: Adheres to jobsite safety in accordance to all federal, state, and local occupational, health and safety laws. Ensures that rig is safely driven to jobsite.
    • Operations: Removes and installs insulation based on specification of each job. Follows standard operation procedures within equipment set up and operation. Completes high quality job while maintaining efficiency. Has working knowledge of all types of insulation installation (blown-in, spray foam and batt) and consistently performs quality checks.
    • Technical: Diagnosis and resolves issues in the filed alongside Crew Leader.
    • Customer Service: Communicates professionally with customer. Maintains a professional image and thoroughly cleans jobsites upon completion of the job.
    • Other: Continuous improvement of customer service, quality efficiency and safety.

    Qualifications: Must have a clean driving record (no DUI's or suspended licenses)

    • Must be able to drive a truck with trailer.
    • Must pass background check (no felonies or violent crimes)
    • Must have valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (no DUI's or suspended licenses)
    • Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, landscaping or related field.
    • Prolonged periods of walking standing, stooping, climbing, kneeling and crawling.
    • May be subject to high temperatures, confined spaces, hazardous chemical and heights
    • Must be able to lift 50 pounds frequently
    • High school diploma/GED

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $ $21.00 per hour

    Expected hours: 35 per week
