Mirror Mental Health - Office Coordinator

  • The role of the Office Coordinator will perform general administrative tasks, create and enforce processes that drive efficiency, guide and motivate clinical and administrative staff, and coordinate communication between departments._
  • Excellent time management skills, organizational skills, and experience managing multiple projects/tasks concurrently
  • Proven experience in managing an office environment
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and perform in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent communications and customer service skills with staff, a variety of clientele, other community agencies, and programs
  • Strong ability to prevent and resolve problems
  • Able to independently manage self and others; while obtaining support from leadership when needed
  • Effectively communicate with leadership teams to ensure overall efficiency of company operations and all stakeholder's satisfaction

Additional duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Monitor, order, and organize office and building supplies for all staff
  • Ensure the office space maintains a welcoming and clean environment.
  • Assist leaderships with operational and marketingrelated activities, as required
  • Collaborate with the Billing Specialist to assist with various insurance and billing related tasks
  • Organize and execute client requests for various personal health records, billing summaries and/or payment, referral information, etc.
  • Troubleshoot & problem solve issues in an efficient and professional manner
  • Attend company meetings when requested or required
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in healthcare field.
  • A Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required
  • The ability to work in person, in a clinical setting

Job Types:
Part time with potential for Full Time


Schedule:


  • 130pm730pm Monday-Friday
  • Flexibility required

Pay:
negotiable depending on qualification
