JOB BRIEF

ROLE OBJECTIVE


Provide and lead support to both internal and external parties with a high level of professionalism and in a manner that reflects positively on the organization.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budget
  • Have the ability to discuss with customers for product design
  • Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track the progress of the project
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Meet productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets.
  • Provide the first line of contact with the customer throughout the process
  • Act as liaison with each department along the production process to ensure timelines are met
  • Maintain, build & strengthen customer relationships and satisfaction.
  • Must adhere to Quality Management System.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND PREFERRED ATTRIBUTES:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering and/or Business Management or 46 years of computer industryrelated experience.
  • Working knowledge of computer hardware.
  • Strong oral, written, and communication skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and general computer knowledge. SAP is a plus.
  • Bilingual (English and Mandarin) is a plus to facilitate communication between factories/vendors oversea.
