- Be the main point of contact for assigned projects
- Assist with new project intake and enter all projects into the software correctly with detailed information
- Schedule all subcontractor site visits for assigned projects
- Manage all necessary documents for assigned projects
- Communicate with all of your assigned customers effectively, using their preferred method of communication
- Ensure project notes are up to date in our system twice weekly
- Process weekly approved invoice and payment requests
- Assist Project Managers with ordering construction materials and selections, if necessary
- Exceptional customer service and time management skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with technology and MS Teams / Office 365
- 3+ years of office and administrative experience
- Scheduling or dispatching experience is must
- Experience in construction or related industries is highly desirable
- Able to problem solve and assist in conflict resolution
