Project Manager for Cost Estimation - Lawson Heights, United States - Aurora Ventures
Description
These are your tasks:
- Independent calculation of turnkey construction projects in Lawson Heights
- Technical review of tender documents and subcontractor inquiries
- Creation of rough schedules and construction site plans
- Contact person for managing directors within ongoing projects
- Development of alternative or special proposals as well as potential cost savings
- Participation in negotiations with the client
- Responsibility for interfaces in the calculation process
Qualifications:
- Successfully completed degree in civil engineering, architecture or comparable qualification
- Relevant professional experience in the field of construction project calculation
- Proficiency in MS Office, experience with RIB iTWO preferred
- Prioritization, resilience, conscientiousness and quality awareness
