- Multi-Tasker – Must be able to work in a fast-paced office with constant interruptions while maintaining an eye for detail.
- Computer/Technology Experience – Must be able to type at least 40 words per minute, (we test for this) and know their way around a computer, web browser and word processor.
- Work Hours – 8:30AM to 5PM Monday through Friday.
- Initial training will primarily occur at our Hornell office on 57 Broadway, Hornell. The office is located at the end of Broadway Mall next to OTB and Peebles Department Store.

The role could be a combination of both Customer Service Representative/Insurance Agent Producer responsibilities. We are interested in people who may want full-time employment.
