For our headquarters in Hamburg, we are currently looking for a full-time, dedicated Personal Controller (m/f/d).

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyzing monthly personnel costs and identifying and analyzing deviations
Consolidating KPIs for reporting and planning, as well as for internal HR management
Creating personnel statistics, controlling statistics, and adhoc analyses
Acting as a contact person for all personnelrelated yearend topics
Coordinating, conducting, and optimizing personnel cost planning
Supporting group controlling in consolidating and analyzing planning data
Acting as a liaison to various internal stakeholders
Contributing to the digitization of administrative processes related to personnel controlling
Responsible for the further development of HR reporting

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Completed degree in business administration or a comparable qualification, e.g. several years of professional experience in HR controlling
Expert knowledge in using MS Excel or comparable programs
High IT affinity
Analytical and conceptual thinking
Assertiveness and communication skills
Coordination and organizational skills, as well as independent work style
