For our client, a modern, internationally operating law firm, we are filling the position of Team Leader Accounting (m/f/d).

The position will be directly filled at our client's location in Munich, Frankfurt am Main, or Hamburg.


Responsibilities:
The Team Leader Accounting (m/f/d) is responsible for a team of several employees.

The leadership role includes the following tasks:

  • Disciplinary and professional management of the accounting staff.
  • Participation in the daily business of accounting, characterized by a handson mentality.
  • Responsibility for accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Development of measures for digitalization and automation of existing workflows.
  • Clarification of open questions with clients and authorities.
  • Support in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB.
  • Conceptual further development of the entire department.

Qualifications:

  • You are interested in a generalist role within financial accounting.
  • Ideally, you have gained professional experience in a professional services firm.
  • You have at least five years of professional experience in the field
