The way our program runs we have lead setters that set leads for our in home closers. In our program a Regional Sales Manager oversees the hiring, training, and managing processes for the in-home sales consultants.
A good fit for the position would be someone that really enjoys working one on one with more experienced sales reps also can really coach new sales reps.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee hiring processes
- Oversee training processes
- Oversee the management processes
- Lead reps in order to help them be successful
Compensation:
- Average Earning individuals in this program are $80,000 $120,000
- Highest Earning individuals in this program are $220,000+
- Opportunities for growth and advancement (Opportunity to become a General Manager)
